January 2022: Lebanon experienced a 341.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Lebanon rose by $135,750 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,500 - a 341.5% increase over the $39,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lebanon in January 2021.

The median sales tax in Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,939, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for January 2022.
