O'Fallon median home prices rose by 20.1% in January 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in O'Fallon rose by $39,100 while total sales decreased by 56.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $234,000 - a 20.1% increase over the $194,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in O'Fallon in January 2021.
