Retko Group LLC unloads 53 Faith Drive, Highland

The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 53 Faith Drive, Highland was sold on Feb. 28 by Retko Group LLC for $160,000. The buyers were Terry O and Lynn G Haller.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $3,869.68, 2.42% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2022, this is the only property that sold in Highland as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Bernice A. Wellen, 97, was the only registered voter residing at 53 Faith Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
