Median home prices in Smithton fell to $207,500 in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Smithton fell by $39,000 while total sales decreased by 42.9 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $207,500 - a 15.8 percent decrease from the $246,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Smithton in April 2021.
