6. RESOLUTIONS

6.1 Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with PGAV Planners, LCC, for Professional Services related to the development of Neighborhood District Design Guidelines, Residential Design Guidelines, and a Neighborhood Conditions Assessment & Matrix in the amount of $60,000.00

6.2 Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Planning Design Studios (PDS) for the preparation of a concept plan and final design document for bidding of improvements to the City of O'Fallon Cemetery.

6.3 Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Korte & Luitjohan Contractors, Inc., for the Mark Drive Water Main Replacement Project in the amount of $180,352.00, based on unit prices submitted.

7.1 Ordinance approving the Final Plat for Reserves at Timber Ridge Phase 5

7.2 Ordinance annexing certain territory, containing approximately 5.83 acres generally located at 1810 Bethel Ridge Farms; parcel IDs: 04-07.0-402-014 and 04-07.0-402-015.

7.3 Ordinance amending Ord. 623, Zoning, (development known as "Brandywine Garden Villas") located at the corner of South Lincoln Avenue and Interstate 64

7.4 Ordinance amending Ord. 623, Zoning, (development known as "Building Supply Company") located at 8549 Shiloh Valley Township Line Road

8.1 Ordinance of the City of O’Fallon, Illinois to amend prior Ordinance Number 4202 to authorize an increase to the amount of funds the City can borrow from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency Water Pollution Control Loan Program
