Village of Maryville Fire Pension Board met June 1.

3. MINUTES - Reading and approval of the minutes of the May 23, 2022 board meeting.
4. OLD BUSINESS
a) Discuss May 25, 2022 Circuit Court ruling in consolidation lawsuit and a request from FPIF regarding transition of investment portfolio. Review and approve Resolution; Certification Form; and Notice to Custodian for transition of investment portfolio to FPIF.
b) Verify Cash Balances in local checking account to pay beneficiaries and bills.
c) Discuss preparation of cash flow spread sheet for FPIF.
5. NEW BUSINESS
a) Provide written notice to Busey Wealth Management as investment advisors regarding transition of investment portfolio from Busey Wealth Management to FPIF.
