7. RESOLUTIONS

7.1 Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Thouvenot, Wade & Moerchen, Inc. (TWM) for engineering services for the 2023 Street Overlay Project in the amount of $98,900.00.

7.2 Resolution authorizing the Mayor & City Clerk to execute an IDOT Preliminary Engineering Services Agreement with Horner & Shifrin, Inc., for the Hartman Lane & Central Park Drive Intersection Improvements Project and for the use of Motor Fuel Tax (MFT) funds in an amount of $193,629.00.

7.3 Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a subscription agreement with Backflow Solutions, Inc. for administration of the City Cross-Connection Control Program.

7.4 Resolution for a minor subdivision of land to be known as "Bethel Ridge Farms 3rd Addition."

7.5 Resolution approving a Right of Way and Easement Plat for Pausch Road

7.6 Resolution approving a preliminary plat for the development known as Brandywine Garden Villas
