1. 6th Street Improvements
Motion to approve Baxmeyer Construction, Inc., lowest responsive bidder, in the amount of $1,597,777.77 for improvements to 6th Street. Work consists of new roadway, driveways and sidewalks for sections of S. 6th, Centreville Ave, West Lincoln and West Washington. New layout for the intersection of S. 6th, Centreville Ave. and West Lincoln. (TIF 3 Funds)
2. Allsup Place
Motion to approve Kinney Construction, lowest responsive bidder, in the amount of $532,898.82 for improvements to Allsup Pl. Work consists of pavement patching, pipe underdrains and HMA resurfacing. (RBI Funds)
3. East Adams St.
Motion to approve Hank’s Excavating and Landscaping Inc., lowest responsive bidder, in the amount of $369,611.00 for improvements to East Adams St. Work consists of cape-sealing including pavement patching, sidewalk and curb repairs. (TIF 8 Funds)
4. ADA Multimodal
Motion to enter into a contract with Oates Associates for an amount of $245,000.00 for the preparation of a Multimodal and ADA Transition Plan. The development of an ADA Transition Plan is an obligation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (28 CFR parts 35 (title II)).
5. 6th Street Construction Inspection
Motion to approve Gonzalez Companies, LLC, in the amount of $120,070.00, for Construction Inspection for 6th Street. (TIF 3 Funds)
6. Termination of Preliminary Engineering Services Agreement
Motion to approve the termination of Preliminary Engineering Services Agreement with Kaskaskia Engineering Group, LLC in the amount of $108,300.00 for the roundabout at Freeburg Avenue/South Belt East (Project # CMM-5011 (362); Job # P-98-300-12), while reserving any remedies available to the City thereunder;
7. Freeburg Ave. Roundabout Preliminary Engineering Services Agreement
Motion to approve Preliminary Engineering Services Agreement with Oates Associates in the amount of $91,000.00 for the completion of the roundabout at Freeburg Avenue/South Belt East (Project # CMM-5011 (362); Job # P-98-300- 12). (TIF3)
