Proposed Ordinance No. 05-'23, an Ordinance repealing Chapter 16, of Ordinance No. 190, "The Revised Code," Chapter 16, Fees and Salaries, Article I - Salaries, and establishing a new Article I Salaries; an Ordinance establishing salaries of appointed officials and employees of the City of Fairview Heights, IL 2023-2024. Proposed Resolution No. 12-'23, a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract on behalf of the City of Fairview Heights with Wissehr Electric, Inc. for improvements to the emergency vehicle preemptive system at twenty-seven (27) signalized intersections within the City. Proposed Resolution No. 13-'23, a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with United Health Care and Guardian Insurance Company for the provisions of group medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage for employees of the City of Fairview Heights effective May 1, 2023 through April 30, 2024.
