Alderperson Ovian: We're going to vote for this tonight, but we are making a very big mistake. Chicken odor does not leave a body. I used to clean chicken coops when I was sixteen years of age and when I would come home, I would have to take a shower at night, when I got up in the morning I would take another shower, it doesn't leave your body. So, when you are cleaning a chicken coop you get an odor from a nasty animal that you will not want to go back and smell again. This is a city; it is not the country. The country is where you raise chickens, a city is where you go ahead and have your most important things and get them done.
