City of Belleville Human Relations Commission met Oct. 30.

1. Welcome Susan Sarfaty and Returning HRC Member Hattie Hayes.
2. Approval of July 24, 2023 minutes
3. The open Meetings Act training is required each time a term is renewed.
4. Potential visitor Leah Brandon expressed interest in the HRC, and reached out to obtain meeting dates.
5. Facebook page development – Katie & Ray - The internet in the City Hall 2nd Floor Conference Room will show up as BELLCITYAP

6. Complaint form, the city’s website coordinator Madison Faulkner will convert the form to a fillable form and post it to the website. Madison Faulkner the Web Coordinator recently returned to the Web Coordinator Position.
7. The proposed Community Symposium is being reviewed by the Mayor. Request submitted August 9, 2023. Additional ideas to support the community.
