12-B. LINCOLN THEATRE CONCERT - 04/28/2024

Request from Lincoln Theatre to host Skatalites, Sunday, April 28, 2024, 7:00pm to 11:00pm. Additional City services: closure of 10 parking spaces in City parking lot at corner of North High Street and East “A” Street and barricades

12-C. BELLEVILLE SHRINERS’ PARADE – 06/07/2024

Ainad Shriners’ request to hold the Belleville Shriners’ Parade, Friday, June 7, 2024, 7:30pm to 11:00pm. Street closure request: staging areas 5:30pm to 9:30pm; North 3rd Street between West "A" Street (north side) to West “F” Street (south side); West "C" Street from North 2nd Street to North 4th Street Rear; 7:30p.m. rolling closure along parade route. Additional City services: Police and Public Works Personnel, "No Parking" signage, barricades, trash toters, electrical panels and clean-up of parade route. Banner across North Illinois Street.

12-D. BELLEVILLE SHRINERS’ FEZTIVAL OF FOOD – 06/08/2024

Ainad Shriners’ request to hold Belleville Shriners’ Feztival of Food (food truck event), Saturday, June 8, 2024, 11:00am to 9:00pm. Street closure(s): Public Square and one block north/south/east/west, Friday, June 7, 2024, 7:30pm through Saturday, June 8, 2024, 11:00pm.

Additional City services: Police and Public Works Personnel, trash toters, sanitation vehicle, barricades, electrical panels, picnic tables, “No Parking” signage and clean-up of event.

12-E. FOOD TRUCK DAYS – Tuesdays/Sundays; March thru November

Request from Shoehorn Brewing to host Food Truck Days every Tuesday, 5:00pm to 9:00pm and Sunday 12:00pm to 9:00pm March through November 2024. Additional City services: cones to reserve two(2) parking spots on North Church Street (west side) not to include the ADA spot
