On Saturday, March 2, former Pinckneyville Community High School standout Taylor Witges’ current college team, the McKendree Bearcats, won 1-0 in their NCAA Division II game against the Purdue Northwest Pride.

The game took place in O'Fallon, Illinois. This was their first matchup against the Purdue Northwest Pride this season.

The Bearcats’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 3 at 11 a.m. in O'Fallon, Illinois against Davenport Panthers.
