On Friday, February 23, former Freeburg Community High School standout Maleah Blomenkamp’s current college team, the SIU Edwardsville Cougars, lost 4-3 in their NCAA Division I game against the Indiana State Sycamores.

The game took place in Memphis, Tennessee. This was their first matchup against the Indiana State Sycamores this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, February 24 at 9 a.m. in Memphis, Tennessee against DePaul Blue Demons.
