b) Resolution Authorizing a Development Agreement Between the City of Edwardsville and Park North, LLC
c) Approval of a Specail Even Grant from the Edwardsville Community Foundation and Gloval Brew, Inc. for their Que and Brew Festival in an amount not to exceed $3,754.55 for fiscal year 2022-2023 to be paid in fiscal year 2023-2024
