7.2 Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement for construction engineering services with Gonzalez Companies, LLC., for the 4th Street Reconstruction Project in the amount of $65,5000.00.

7.3 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an engineering services agreement with Oates Associates, Inc. for the West State Street & Obernuefemann Road Resurfacing Project and for the use of Motor Fuel Tax Funds in an amount of $41,184.00.

7.4 Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Stutz Excavating Inc., for the Hartman Lane and Central Park Drive Intersection Improvements in the amount of $2,151,554.57, based on the unit price bid.
