• Motion to waive formal bidding procedures and purchase one (1) new 2024 Ford F-250 pickup truck from Broadway Ford for $55,000 for the Maintenance Department, with Boardway Ford matching the Illinois State bid price.

• Motion to approve an agreement with the Helena and Dennis Sparger Center for Performing Arts for the use of classroom areas in the Auditorium located at the Southwestern Illinois Justice & Workforce Development Campus.

• Motion to approve FY25 budget amendments (encumbrances from prior year).
