State Representative Kevin Schmidt (IL) | Representative Kevin Schmidt (R) 114th District
State Representative Kevin Schmidt, in partnership with the Citizens Utility Board, will host a free Utility Bill Clinic on Monday, June 3rd, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the Mascoutah Library, located at 3 W. Church St. in Mascoutah.
“Access to affordable utility services is crucial for every household,” Rep. Schmidt said. “This Utility Bill Clinic is designed to empower our community members with knowledge and resources to better manage their utility expenses. I’m grateful to the Citizens Utility Board for their partnership in making this event possible.”
The clinic offers local residents an opportunity to receive expert guidance on their utility bills. Attendees are encouraged to bring their gas, electric, phone, and TV bills for a one-on-one analysis with experts from the Citizens Utility Board. These professionals will provide insights into bill details, potential cost-saving measures, and answer any questions regarding utility services.

The Illinois General Assembly created the Citizens Utility Board in 1983 to represent the interests of residential and small-business utility customers throughout the state.
