State Rep. Kevin Schmidt joined the Illinois Manufacturers’ Association and Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity to present Branding Iron Holdings with their Employer Training Investment Program (ETIP) Grant in Sauget. This grant will be used to upgrade their workforce through training and development, ensuring they remain innovative.
“Companies like Branding Iron Holdings are on the front lines of lifting up Illinois’ economy through their service,” said Schmidt. “It’s imperative that Illinois continues to support their efforts to remain competitive and ensure that good jobs remain here in Illinois.”
Schmidt highlighted Branding Iron Holdings’ employee-first approach, stating, “The people-first approach is why the ETIP Grant is perfect for this company. Branding Iron Holdings has shown a unique ability to invest in its employees, and this grant will help continue that trend.”
Branding Iron Holdings was founded in Granite City, Illinois, in 1940.
