Proposed Ordinance No. 07-’24 an Ordinance affirming the decision of the administrative official concerning the interpretation of zoning provisions under chapter 14 of the revised code of ordinances of the City of Fairview Heights, Illinois, as amended, for uses related to 10509 Lincoln Trail, Fairview, St. Clair County parcel Numbers 03-28.0-111-031 and 03-28.0-111-032, thereby denying the petitioner’s appeal in ZBA-02-24. Proposed Resolution No. 36-‘24 a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract on behalf of the City of Fairview Heights with Hank’s Excavating & Landscaping, Inc. for the Huntleigh Drive, Conventry Lane, and Camden Court improvments projects. (Operations Committee)

Proposed Resolution No. 37-’24 a Resolution authorizing the Mayor on behalf of the City to enter into a contract with Hanks excavating for the Demolition of 306 East Lexington Drive and 9616 Holdener Place, for a cost not to exceed $30,000.00. (Administration Committee)

Proposed Resolution No. 38-’24 a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a purchase agreement with Elliott Data Systems for the Purchase of an Access Control System. (Adminsitration Committee)
