(Operations Committee)

Proposed Ordinance No. 12-’24 an Ordinance implementing a Municipal Grocery Retailers’ Occupation Tax and a Municipal Grocery Service Occupation Tax by adding Article XI under Chapter 36 (Taxation) of The Revised Code of Ordinances of the City of Fairview Heights, Illinois as amended. Proposed Ordinance No. 13-’24 an Ordinance granting to Charter Communications, its successors and assigns, a non-exclusive franchise for the erection, construction, extension, operation and maintenance in the City of Fairview Heights, St. Clair County, Illinois, Providing cable service to all residence within the franchise area.
