2) An Ordinance Amending Chapter Two, Article V of the Codified Ordinances of Edwardsville, Illinois Fixing the Salary of City Clerk (First Reading) - Amanda Tucker provided information on the proposed change - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Miracle) and voted all ayes to forward to Council 

3) An Ordinance Amending Chapter Two, Article III of the Codified Ordinances of Edwardsville, Illinois fixing the Salary of Alderman (First Reading) - Amanda Tucker provided information on the proposed change - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Miracle) and voted all ayes to forward to Council 

4) Resolution to Approve the Purchase of a 2023 Ford F150 from Morrow Brothers through the State of Illinois Department of Central Management Services Joint Purchasing Contract in the amount of $43,870.00 - Nate Tingley provided information on how the vehicle will be used - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Miracle) and voted all ayes to forward to Council
