1. Approval of Minutes from the May 15, 2025 ACS meeting - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

1) A Resolution Approving a Special Use Permit for a Single-Family Dwelling in an "R-2" Multiple-Family Residential District located at 817 Kingshighway Street - Steve Stricklan and Eric Williams provided information - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

2) Resolution Authorizing an Amendment to Lease Agreement with the Edwardsville Arts Center - Beth Browne from the Edwardsville Arts Center discussed the need for an additional two years - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

3) Approval of an Ordinance Amending Chapter 82, Article II of the Codified Ordinances of Edwardsville, Illinois Concerning Solicitors - Jeff Berkbigler stated this was modifying definitions for the first time since 1970. He discussed new definitions and background check requirements. - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

4) Approval of a Professional Services Agreement with SMS for Leclaire Park Wall Reconstruction - Nate Tingley gave information on the wall projects. This is to go out to bid late in the summer - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

5) Resolution Authorizing Purchase and Installation of Sports Lighting and Associate Equipment for One Baseball Diamond at Leclaire Field in an amount not to exceed $168,500.00 – Nate Tingley gave information on lighting and reimbursement of funds from a grant. - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

6) Resolution Authorizing Purchase and Installation of Poured in Place Playground Surface at Leclaire Park - Nate Tingley provided information - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

7) Approval of a Sole Source Resolution Authorizing the Contract with J.F. Electric for Supply and Installation of Electrical and Lighting or the Leclaire Water Tower for $148,327.00 - Eric Williams provided information on the water tower project - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

8) Approval of a Sole Source Resolution Authorizing the Contract with Federal Steel and Erection Co. for Structural Repairs of the Leclaire Water Tower in the sum of $61,698.00 - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

9) Approval of a Sole Source Resolution Authorizing the Contract with Moore Painting Company for Painting of the Leclaire Water Tower for $285,975.00- Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all ayes to forward to Council
