• Using disparaging, obscene or insulting language;
• Personal attacks impugning character and/or integrity;
• Intimidation;
• Disorderly conduct as defined in Section 130.02 of this revised code of ordinances.
(f) Any speaker who engages in such prohibited conduct during public participation shall be called to order by the chair or ruling by the chair if a point of order is made by a sitting alderman.

Motion to approve Kaskaskia Engineering Group, LLC in the amount of $34,952.00 to modify and resubmit Final Plans, Specifications and Estimate to the city and IDOT for the Maintenance of Traffic during construction to allow for full closures. (TIF 3)

Operation, Maintenance and Jurisdiction Transfer of West Blvd.
2. Historical Society Walk of Fame Expansion
The Historical Society has requested to expand the already approved Walk of Fame at the Square, located in the northwest quadrant in front of the Health Dept.
A cost estimate utilizing the Sidewalk Program has been completed for the committee’s consideration.
