Illinois State Representative Kevin Schmidt (R-Cahokia) joined the Associated Beer Distributors of Illinois (ABDI) for a tour of a distributorship. During the visit, Schmidt recognized Matt Brown of Grey Eagle Distributors in Belleville, who received the “Key Distributor Member Award.”
Schmidt stated, "It was an honor to celebrate Matt Brown, of Grey Eagle Distributors in Belleville, receiving the ‘Key Distributor Member Award.’ Congratulations Matt Brown and the whole Grey Eagle team!"
Grey Eagle Distributors serves much of the Metro East area and also distributes snacks from Schubert’s Smokehouse in Millstadt.
Schmidt was elected to the Illinois State House in 2023 as a Republican representative for the 114th House District, succeeding LaToya Greenwood.
