United States and Illinois flags to be at half-staff on Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day

With Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day approaching, Illinois Gov. Bruce Rauner’s office has notified the Department of Central Management Services about flag services in honor of the date.

According to the notice, all persons or entities covered by the Illinois Flag Display Act should fly the flags at half-staff. This will take effect at sunrise on Monday, December 7th and continue until sunset.
