Maryville Heritage and Museum Committee recently assessed its committee projects.
The Heritage and Museum Committee for Maryville, Illinois, recently met to assess an assortment of current projects.
After public comments, the approval of the previous meeting’s minutes and a financial report, the committee gave updates on numerous projects. These included a back door replacement, the North Bay doors drainage problem, the centennial book for Maryville Grade School, a major rehab to the downstairs restroom and the weeds at the Donk Mine concert loading docks.
The committee also talked about the museum’s layout design and its current light and electricity set up. Before it adjourned, it assessed how current donations were going and looked into the SWIC volunteer program.
