The Cool Cities Initiative Advisory Committee for the City of Edwardsville, Ill., will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday to examine the climate action plan.
Other items on the agenda include setting goals for 2016, committee member commitment, an update on public safety buildings, an update on city energy aggregation and a discussion on distributing reusable shopping bags for the city.
The committee will also listen to public comment and assess any new business items that may arise.
The meeting will be held in the Governor Coles Conference Room on the second floor of Edwardsville City Hall, which is located at 118 Hillsboro. The next meeting will take place on March 17.
