Maryville Planning Commission to make recommendations on four rezoning cases

The Planning Commission for the village of Maryville will meet at 7 p.m. Monday in the Village Hall Council Room.

The agenda for the meeting includes public hearings for rezoning cases involving Embrich Properties, Al Cusanelli, Del Tegtmeier and Derrick Cox. The commission will hear what these presenters have to say and then convene on recommendations. The commission will also assess the preliminary development plan of Dr. Mohamed Megahy.

The Planning Commission is a recommending committee to both the Village Board and the Board of Zoning and Appeals. It reviews cases for compliance with the Village Code of Ordinances.
