The Finance Committee for the city of Edwardsville met at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday to hold a budget meeting.
Existing business to examine includes Studio Seven Real Estate's commercial building façade application for 301 N. Main St. of $15,000 and an ordinance that would establish the Edwardsville Town Centre Business District by approving a business district plan and authorizing a sales tax for the district.
Before adjourning, the committee heard the Group Health Insurance Fund, city clerk and treasurer reports.
The committee’s next meeting will take place at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 29.
