The Historic Preservation Commission for Edwardsville will hold its regularly scheduled meeting 7 p.m. Wednesday to conduct multiple design reviews.
The first project involves replacing the front steps, adding a brick sidewalk and adding driveway gravel to 724 St. Louis St. in the St. Louis Street Historic District.
The second project deals with 1301 Troy Road in the Leclaire Historic District. The property’s owner would like to install a white vinyl exterior fence and an aluminum interior fence around his house.
The third project would replace the existing shingle roof at 952 Hale Ave. in the Leclaire Historic District. The applicants are the property owners, Scott and Laura Reed.
The fourth project, located at 1301 N. Main St. in the Main Street Historic District, is a preliminary design for a variance from the zoning commission.
The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers of City Hall, which is located at 118 Hillsboro Ave.
