The Historic Sub-Commission of Alton met 2 p.m. Thursday to discuss two applications for new projects.
The owners of the property located at 313-315 E. 3rd St. would like to add new windows, a porch, gables and a deck, while the owners of the property at 421 Belleview are seeking new windows.
The commission also listened to comments from the public.
