1) An Ordinance Vacating an Easement and Dedicating an Easement on Property known as 1115 Georgia Street

B. NEW ITEMS:

1) An Ordinance Ascertaining the Prevailing Rate of Wages for Public Works of the City of Edwardsville, Madison County, Illinois – Ordinance adopted and updated annually listing the annual rate of pay for required various trades within Madison County for all contracts utilizing Public Funds per State Statutes (Request suspension of rules and passage on 1st reading for compliance with State of Illinois Requirements)

2) A Resolution Authorizing Timberlake Village Planned Unit Development

1) TBY Variance Request for 144 West Street – Held on 3/10/16 until site progresses further to visualize the final grade of site and how the TBY will be affected.
