November 5, 2015
In attendance were Jim Bramstedt, Don Barkley, Pat Wesemann, Bill Poletti, Pat Baeske and Tim Tolliver
1. Development Code Review
General discussion was had regarding the following:
• Staff advisory to remain as is. No recommendation of approval or denial of petition to be provided by staff.
• Corporate authority two thirds majority vote to override recommendation of Planning Commission & Zoning Board of Appeals to remain in Development Code.
• Reinsert 14-10-09 into 14-14-02 retaining clause
• Minor change committee/review 14-10-10 from current code to remain as currently written.
14-14-02(a). Change City Engineer to Administrative Staff. The committee also decided to strike "D" under Planning Commission. The Committee clarified heading to add “Site Plan Review of Permitted Uses".
The committee will meet again November 19, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. to continue discussion.
