Request for Exclusion from Garbage Service, Section 4-3-3 (c) of the Glen Carbon Municipal Code.

2. Approval of Disconnection and Re-Connection Fees for Water Service.

3. Approval of Rules and Regulations for use of the Yanda Log Cabin.

New Business:

Approval of a request for additional parking restrictions on the Village owned parking lot at 180 and 182 Summit.

Approval of Sewer Lift Station Maintenance with Vandevanter Engineering, a Cogent Company, as listed below:

Control Panel Work for Iron Mountain #1 L.S. in the amount of $4,309.00. Repair/Replacement Pricing for Flygt Pump for iron Mountain #1 L.S. in the amount of $9,290.00. Hickory Hills - L.S. #9 Repairs in the amount of $3,585.00. Martin Acres - L.S. #18 Repairs in the amount of $5,072.00. Cardinal Acres - L.S. #19 Repairs in the amount of $5,072.00. Forrest Grove-L.S. #21 Repairs in the amount of $5,556.00.
