Village of Glen Carbon Special Finance and Administration Committee met March 3.
Here is the minutes as provided by the committee:
Jorja Dickemann, Chairperson called the meeting to order.
Members Present: Jorja Dickemann, Micah Summers, Steve Slemer
Others Present: Jamie Bowden, Village Administrator, Scott Borror, Director of Finance
Interviews for Auditing Services
The first interview was with Hughes, Cameron & Company. Joe Hughes and one staff member
was present.
The second interview was with Scheffel Boyle. Steve Langendorf and Michael Brokering were
present.
The third interview was with Sikich. Chad Lucas was present.
Mr. Borror was asked to get some additional information prior to the March 14th Finance and
Administration meeting. Board action will be taken at the March 28th Village Board meeting.
Micah Summers motioned to adjourn. Steve Slemer seconded.
