1) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 22, Article VII (Tobacco Products) and Chapter 74, Division 2 (Possession of Tobacco Products and Accessories) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Edwardsville-Would regulate the use of electronic Smoking devices in the same manner as tobacco products
B. NEW ITEMS.
1) Resolution Accepting the Request for Proposal from Gori Properties, LLC for the sale of the Former Public Safety Building and the Mayor to Negotiate an Agreement Resolution accepts the Request for Proposal for the sale of 400-410 N. Main Street to Gori Properties, LLC for a proposed a five story, 60,000 square foot, Class A, professional office space with 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail, for a total of 70,000 square feet. The primary tenant will be Gori Julian & Associates, PC. The lower level (underground) of the building is intended to Serve as a parking garage,
2) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 114 Article II, Division 3 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Edwardsville - Intersection of Home Avenue and Brinkman Street (Pending Recommendation from Public Safety Committee) This ordinance establishes stop signs for Westbound and eastbound Brinkmann Avenue at the intersection of Home Avenue, Pending recommendation from Public Safety & Public Services Committees
