A. FILED FOR SECOND READING:

1) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 114 Article II, Division 3 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Edwardsville

- Intersection of Home Avenue and Brinkman Street (Pending Recommendation from Public Safety Committee)

This ordinance establishes stop signs for west bound and east bound Brinkmann Avenue at the intersection of Home Avenue

2) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 14 Animals – Domesticated Chickens – The amendment to the animal ordinance would allow licensing for keeping domesticated chickens.

B. NEW ITEMS:

1) An Ordinance Amending Art II Sec 62-28 (Personnel Allocation for the Police Dept.) The amendment will create the addition of two (2) police officers to department staffing allocation- one will be hired in the current fiscal year and on in the next fiscal year.

C. ITEMS HELD IN COMMITTEE:

1) Edwardsville Cool Cities Climate Action Plan [discussed as new business and held at ACS 8/10/17]
