17.060., Supplementary District Regulations, related to accessory off-street parking areas, limitations on the conduct of outdoor business activities, seasonal and temporary uses, temporary buildings/portable structures, and Section 17.160.030., Building Permits, related to the period of validity of building permits

a. 17-PZ-11-26 Monster Vinyl Sign Package: A request for Sign Package approval in order to permit a wall sign on a property within the Uptown Planning Area in excess of allowable area.
b. 17-PZ-11-25 Storm Water Program: Presentation for public comment of the city’s policies and procedures for addressing storm water requirements of the Environmental Protection Agency.
c. 17-PZ-11-27 Mobile Home Park Inspection Program: City-initiated proposal to adopt and manage a mobile home park inspection program that emulates the Illinois state program for mobile home parks in non-home rule communities. (Referred to the Planning Commission by City Council for discussion)
d. 17-PZ-11-28 Building Codes Update: City-initiated proposal to adopt the 2012 ICC family of Codes including the 2012 NFPA Life Safety Code, and the 2011 National Electric Code, with amendments thereto addressing issues specific to Collinsville.
