City of Edwardsville Finance Committee met February 27.

Quorum present, Chairman Louer called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. No public Comments made.
Motion by Burns, seconded by Farrar, to approve Finance Committee minutes from February 13, 2018. Motion Carried with Louer, Burns and Farrar voting aye.
Information: Group Health Insurance Fund Report amount will be announced at the Tuesday, March 06, 2018 Council meeting.
Old Business:
Motion by Farra, seconded by Burns, to approve and forward to council a resolution approving the Transfer of Volume Cap in Connection with Private Activity Bond Issues and Related Matters (SWIDA). Motion Carried with Louer, Burns and Farrar voting aye.
New Business:
Claims in the amount of $741,757.73 will be available for review. Forwarded to Coucil for approval on Tuesday, March 06, 2018.
Motion by Burns, seconded by Farrar, to approve and forward to council a resolution Authorizing the Execution of an Energy Supply Agreement. Motion Carried with Louer, Burns and Farrar Voting aye.
