Sheila Fudge representing Reidy LLC/Alvareita A. Giles Trust has petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a zoning amendment to re-zone the property from R-1 Single Family Residence District to B-2 Commercial Business District. The property is addressed as 333 S. Kansas Street and more specifically identified as PID 14-2-1511-19-401-009 and was formerly the site of Alvareita's Cosmetology School,
The applicant is also requesting a Special Use Permit to allow two (2) dwelling units above the first story at a property located in the B-2 Commercial Business District. This request is contingent upon City Council approval of the Zoning Amendment.
