1. Consideration of reduced speed limit, speed bumps, and crosswalk between RP Lumber properties.

1. Recommend bills be approved by the council.

2. Recommend Council accept the conditions provided by ST Clair Sherriff for Lebanon Police to Borrow their police car.

Ordinance – Meet June 18, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.

1.Presentation of An Ordinance Requiring Recurring Special Inspections And Certificates Of Occupancy For Commercical Uses Of Commercial Spaces Within The C-2 Historic Shopping District

Water/Sewer – ___________________________________

1. Discussed apartment #6 and the laundry room at 207/209 W. St. Louis St.

Committee Recommends to approve tap on fee charge and impose 2 minimum water usage charges plus charge for any additional water usage.

Cemetery – Meet June 18, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.

1. Request for an executive session.

1. Update on hazardous pickup status.
