B. 18-PZ-07-19: Zoning Amendment (Satellite Dish Antenna)
C. 18-PZ-09-26: Zoning Amendment (Fences and Walls) - A City initiated request to amend Title 17 Zoning to modify definitions and regulations related to accessory use fences and walls on residential premises.
D. 18-PZ-09-27: Zoning Amendment (Yard Sales) – A City-initiated request to amend Title 5 and Title 17 to modify definitions and regulations related to yard sales.
E. 18-PZ-09-28: Zoning and MuniCode Amendment (Noise and Vibrations) – A City- initiated request to amend Code of Ordinances Title 8, Health and Safety, and Title 17 Zoning, to establish new definitions and regulations for noise and vibration control.
6. New Business:
A. 18-PZ-08-24: Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen (Site Plan) – A request for Site Plan approval in order to permit the development of a currently vacant parcel as a limited-service restaurant, Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen.
B. 18-PZ-09-29: McDill’s Irish Pub (Site Plan) – A request for Site Plan approval in order to permit the redevelopment of three parcels currently occupied by McDill’s Irish Pub and a vacant single-family structure to construct a new and expanded full-service restaurant.
7. Old Business:
A. 18-PZ-08-25: Black Friday Liquidators (Sign Package) – A request for a Sign Package to permit the placement of a new freestanding sign, with an LED message board, in excess of height and size requirements contained in the Zoning Ordinance.
