State Senator race: Republican Plummer wins voter tally in St. Clair County

Jason Plummer led Democrat Brian Stout in votes cast in St. Clair County for the race, according to the latest vote count.

Plummer appeared to outpace Stout by a margin of 30 percent on Tuesday in the county.
