State House race: Democrat Stuart wins voter tally in St. Clair County

Katie Stuart led Republican Dwight D. Kay in votes cast in St. Clair County for the District 112 state House race, according to the latest vote count.

Stuart appeared to outpace Kay by a margin of 7 percent on Tuesday in the county.
