1) Ordinance 2018-096 An Ordinance To Make Final Appropriations For Current Expenses And Other Expenditures Of The City Of Lebanon, State Of Ohio, During The Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2019

          Abstract

This legislation will approve the 2019 Operating Budget.

2) Ordinance 2018-097 An Ordinance Authorizing The Transfers And Reimbursements Established By The 2019 Operating Budget

Sponsor: Ms. Wyatt

          Abstract

This legislation will approve the inter-fund transfers contained in the proposed 2019 Operating Budget.

3) Ordinance 2018-098 An Ordinance Amending Section 911.02 Of The Codified Ordinances Providing For Water Use Charges

Sponsors: Mayor Brewer, Mr. Aylor

          Abstract

This legislation will approve a 3% rate adjustment to the Water Use Charges as outlined in the 2015 Water Rate Study report and included in the proposed 2019 Operating Budget.

4) Ordinance 2018-099 An Ordinance Authorizing The City Manager To Execute A Development Agreement With Community Development Associates, LLC.

This legislation will approve a development agreement with Community Development Associates, LLC for the mixed-use development of the City-owned property located at 511 N. Broadway Ave

5) Ordinance 2018-100 An Ordinance Removing Area From Community Reinvestment Area No. 5 And Amending Chapter 159 Of The Codified Ordinances

          Abstract

This legislation will approve the removal of certain areas from Community Reinvestment Area No. 5 along the N. Broadway corridor.

6) Ordinance 2018-101 An Ordinance Establishing Community Reinvestment Area No. 8 And Amending Chapter 159 Of The Codified Ordinances

Sponsors: Mr. Messer, Mr. Aylor, Ms. Monroe

          Abstract

This legislation will approve the establishment of Community Reinvestment Area No. 8 along the N. Broadway corridor to support the use of tax abatements to encourage new commercial and residential investment.

7) Ordinance 2018-103 An Ordinance Of The City Of Lebanon, Ohio To Amend Chapter 1130, 1131, 1132, 133, 1134, 1135, 1137, 1138, 1139, 1140, 1141 and 1142 Of The Official Zoning Code

           Abstract

This legislation will approve text amendments to Chapters 1130, 1131, 1132, 133, 1134, 1135, 1137, 1138, 1139, 1140, 1141 and 1142 of the Official Zoning Code as recommended by Planning Commission.

8) Ordinance 2018-108 An Ordinance Authorizing The Purchase Of Outfitting Material And Equipment From KE Rose Company For A 2018 Ford F550 4X4 Cab and Chassis

          Abstract

This legislation will approve the purchase of outfitting material and equipment from KE Rose Company in the amount of $74,500 for the new Wastewater Division service truck.

1) Ordinance 2018-109 An Ordinance Authorizing The City Manager To Execute A Contract With RB Jergens Contractors Incorporated And Declaring An Emergency

Sponsors: Mayor Brewer, Mr. Shope

          Abstract

This legislation will approve a contract with R.B. Jergens Contractors in the amount of $514,400 for the construction of the Lebanon – Countryside YMCA Trail Deerfield Road Realignment project, which is being supported by a State Clean Ohio Trail Fund grant.
