Democratic Katie Stuart's election campaign committee, Friends for Katie Stuart, spent $10,186 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Stuart's committee spent the most on fund raising - food/beverages in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,643) going to Ramon's Eldorado in Collinsville. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Stuart's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
