Unpaid fine for Lebanon-based campaign committee totaled $5,000 in August 2018

One campaign committee in Lebanon has an overdue fine of $5,000, records obtained by the Metro East Sun show.

A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Republican Gun Club of St. Clair County was the only campaign committee in Lebanon that was delinquent in payment for August 2018, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

The fine that Republican Gun Club of St. Clair County has yet to pay was imposed on July 21, 2018, for violation of bo.
