How did John OGara spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic John OGara's election campaign committee, Committee to Elect Judge O'Gara, spent $21,613 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).
