Moro home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Moro rose by $32,950.50 while total sales decreased by 53.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $174,950.50 - a 23.2% increase over the $142,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Moro in the third quarter of 2016.
